The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Shell Oil Company have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino undergraduate students. The award amount is to be disbursed in Fall 2012.

Eligibility Requirements  

• Be of Hispanic heritage 
• Be a U.S. Citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible Non-U.S. citizen
• Have a parent or school address in Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana
• Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.20 on a 4.00 scale
• Be enrolled full-time in the 2012-2013 academic year as a sophomore, junior or senior at a two-year or four-year institution
• Be majoring in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering 
• Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
