Scholarship Senior Program Manager, oversees all aspects of HSF’s scholarship programs including application administration, screening, selection and disbursement of funds. He has served in this capacity for seven years. Before assuming this role, Carlos served for three years as Program Coordinator for the Gates Millennium Scholars Program at HSF. As Program Coordinator, he managed the award allocation and confirmation procedures for all new and renewing scholars. Carlos is a member of the California Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (CASFAA), the National Scholarships Providers Association (NSPA), and the College Board. Prior to joining HSF, Carlos worked as a Financial Aid Counselor for public and private institutions. Carlos is an alumnus of the University of La Verne.
