I’ve Been Accepted to my Transfer University, Now What? - Webinar

The webinar will focus on what a transfer student needs to do from the time they are accepted to a 4 year institution to the time they attend their first class to avoid costly mistakes.  We will review commonly overlooked items like checking the financial aid package for accuracy, filling out institutional scholarship forms, reviewing prerequisites for certain majors, and setting up meetings with advisors.  We will talk about what a transfer student can do while they wait for classes to start.  Each participant will get a checklist they can use to make sure they are doing everything possible to make the university transfer experience less intimidating.  *This webinar will cover broadly cover the transfer process and is not intended to provide detailed information on individual schools*
