  • College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP)

    Fastweb is a search service that connects students with scholarship information using its extensive database. Students register a mail box and fill out an application and Fastweb "matches" students with resources. The service is free.

  • Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholarship Program
    The Richard B. Fisher Scholarship program has begun taking applications.

    The Richard B. Fisher Scholarship program is a competitive scholarship program established in June 1993 to provide outstanding students of Black and Hispanic decent, who have been historically underrepresented as employees in the financial services industry, with (i) a financial award for exceptional academic achievement, (ii) a summer internship the summer prior to graduation with Morgan Stanley and (iii) a meaningful relationship with one of the premier firms in the industry. We encourage students of all majors and disciplines to apply. The application deadline is Tuesday, December 8, 2009.

    Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholars are selected to work as summer analysts in various divisions of the firm. In order to be eligible for the scholarship students must be currently enrolled as a sophomore at the time of this application, have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3 (on a scale of 4.0), be of Black or Hispanic decent and have a desire to work in the financial services industry.  Recipients of the scholarship are awarded $7,500 during their junior year and the scholarship is renewable for their senior year.

  • The National Science & Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant

    The National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant, also known as the National Smart Grant is available during the third and fourth years of undergraduate study to full-time students who are eligible for the Federal Pell Grant and who are majoring in physical, life, or computer sciences, mathematics, technology, or engineering or in a foreign language determined critical to national security. The student must also be enrolled in the courses necessary to complete the degree program and to fulfill the requirements of the intended eligible major in addition to maintaining a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 in coursework required for the major. The National SMART Grant award is in addition to the student's Pell Grant award.

  • The Southern Scholarship Foundation Scholarship

 This scholarship awards qualifying students with housing scholarships on the following campuses: FSU -  UF -  FAMU -  FGCU. Interested applicants must have at least a 3.0 GPA and a demonstrated financial need. Scholarship recipients live cooperatively in a house with students representing a variety of backgrounds and cultures. They do not pay rent, but are responsible for their fair share of basic household expenses such as food and utilities. The entire cost to the student averages $950 per semester.Scholarships for Hispanics maintains an online database.
