Program Description

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and SanDisk have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino students. The award amount is $2,500.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be of Hispanic heritage
  • Be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-U.S. citizen
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Be a graduating high school senior with plans to enroll full-time as an undergraduate Freshman in the Fall of 2013
  • Must intend to enroll at a four-year U.S. accredited college or university in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam
  • Must intend to major in one of the four STEM fields:
    • Science
    • Technology
    • Engineering
    • Mathematics
  • Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
