LOS ANGELES, CA, February 12, 2020– The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), the nation’s largest nonprofit organization supporting Hispanic American higher education, in partnership with Wells Fargo & Company (Wells Fargo), Toyota Motor North America (Toyota), and Albuquerque Public Schools, will be hosting a College 101 informational workshop, for middle and high school students and their parents, on the Cibola High School campus, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

College 101 is a free, bilingual, two-hour program that provides valuable information to middle and high school students, and their parents, about how best to prepare, plan, and pay for college. The sessions, which are offered on weekday evenings to accommodate parents who work weekends, address the steps necessary to plan for a college education, apply for scholarships, and research additional financial aid opportunities.

Participants have the opportunity to interact with HSF Scholars, staff, Alumni, as well as other supporters, including business leaders, sponsors, and educators, from the local community.
